Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open Settings on Windows 10
Step 2: Click Update & Security. And then choose View update history.
Step 3: Click Uninstall updates. Please scroll down & find to Microsoft Windows.
Step 4: Please uninstall item name: "Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5000802)”. It has been installed on 10 or 11 March 2021 (latest updated).
In the error cases Blue Screen of Death, Blue Screen of Doom, abbreviated as BSoD. You can try removing the latest updates on Windows 10 to fix this.
Step 5: After uninstall. Please restart your PC.

With "Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5000808)”, I can't uninstall. Appear notice: "An error has occurred. Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled"

ReplyDeleteMy laptop going BSOD only 10 seconds after entering the desktop. That's why I cant execute your suggestion above.
The only way is going to safe mode but I will need the bitlocker key. The problem is I can't find it.

Worked for me now fixed, thanks. My Issue, when I started Publisher and open any .pub file it would crash as described above.

ReplyDeleteI always got the BSOD after I started a print command. I was able to uninstall KB5000802 successfully. After restarting, I can print as usual again. Thank you very much.
