Fix the file name containing Japanese characters when opening or unzipping Zip / RAR files
Step 1: Open Control Panel on the computer. Access the Region category.


Step 2: Go to the Administrative tab. Click on Change system locale ...


Step 3: In the window Region Settings, in the Current system locale, switch to Japanese (Japan).


Step 4: Click OK to save. At this point the computer must restart. Please select Restart Now when it asks for it.


Step 5: Complete. Please see and re-extract the compressed RAR / Zip files to see if it is ok.
Please pay attention, all the previously extracted folders still have errors even though you have finished fixing them. Therefore, please delete the old folders and unzip the new one.
