Step 2: Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 current version. Please uninstall the both version x64 & x86 



Step 3: Access to Google, and search with key: Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package. Open results which contains both versions x64 & x86



Step 4: Download "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update" as Microsoft guided. Remember to download two version x64 and x86.


Step 5: Please install the 2 newly downloaded files
Step 6: Restart your PC. Finished.

So you already fixed error: MSVCR100.dll & MSVCP100.dll Is Missing
